The main exterior wood is burr walnut giving off an exceptional grain which really stands out. The quality continues inside with a reversible mirror and stationery pocket to the lid.
There is a draw to the front. The main interior comprises of compartments for all your jewellery needs. The brass hinge can be set so the lid is set at different angles when using the mirror.
Has a makers label indicated Halls and Co, Manchester. Comes with fully functioning lock and key and dates to the Victorian period c.1850.
