Burr Yew Tea Caddy c.1800 SOLD
An immaculate twin lid tea caddy made from burr yew. It’s been inlaid with boxwood around the edging. It has the iconic shell inlays on the front and top of the box which was popular for this Georgian period. The caddy is in fine order with two satinwood lids inside. It dates to c.1800 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
