Early Mahogany Chippendale Tea Caddy 1750

A beautiful conditioned early example of a Chippendale tea caddy made from mahogany. It has a large brass carrying handle to the centre lid. It’s boxwood bound dating to early Georgian Georgian II 1740-60. It has a steel lock with a working key. A lovely collectors example.
