Georgian Mahogany Tea Caddy 1800 SOLD
A glorious double lid Georgian tea caddy in fine stunning condition through out. It’s made from mahogany with a two oval inlays – one to the top and the another to the front. The top consists of a floral pot inlay made from boxwood and the other is a typical Georgian shell to the front. It also has boxwood stringing to the sides going all around the box. The interior consists of two lid both made from mahogany. It dates to c.1800 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
