Rare Collectors Georgian Tea Caddy c.1800 SOLD
An absolutely stunning conditioned tea caddy made to a high standard. It’s completely original made from a lovely burr yew wood which produces an attractive swirling grain. It has two iconic shell inlays on the lid and the front. It dates back to the Georgian period c.1800. The interior comprises of the two tea caddy lids made from mahogany and bounded in boxwood. A lovely piece coming with a fully functioning lock and key.
