Here at Michael Johnson Antiques we take your privacy seriously, and we will fundamentally only use your data and any personal information to administer your account and provide you with information on relevant products and services that you have requested from us.
Michael Johnson Antiques does not share or sell any of your personal or business information to anyone or to any third party.
The information that we collect may include your name, company address, email address, telephone number. Our Accounts Department may have some financial and accounts information however, credit card payment transactions are not kept.
From time to time - but no more than once a month - we may contact you with special offers, client events, News or updates with new additions to our hire fleet that may be of legitimate interest.
You will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving any emails when communications are sent.

Shipping
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and carefully packed.
For all orders a fixed freight fee is charged, irrespective of the number of items you purchase.
Items within the UK are Free
Shipments to Europe are £10
Shipments to the US are £20
The rest of the world are £25
Free shipping may be offered globally in connection with campaigns
Covid 19 update - At this current time please allow leniency with all shipments due to the global pandemic. We are trying our upmost in keeping to the processing and shipment times stated.
Shipment times do vary in accordance to location.
UK 5-7 business days*
Europe 6-7 business days *
Rest of the world 7-10 business days*
Please not these are the basic economy rates. You can opt for a faster service if needed at a agreed charge. Please specify this or any specific delivery dates you need the item by.
Any duties at the country of import is payable by the customer.
Please note if you'd like to opt for full shipping insurance cover with your order please get in touch and we can add this onto the shipping costs at a negotiable charge.
All orders are tracked and signed for. Once the transaction has been made and your order processed we will send over an email with all the details and tracking details.
We don't post parcels to P.O boxes unless prearranged or post on weekends. It is not possible to redirect orders once posted.
Packaging
We completely respect how fragile these Antiques are so we take great time and effort wrapping these precious items for delivery. All items are firstly wrapped in brown paper then several layers of bubble wrap then placed into a decent sized strong cardboard box with several air cushions all around the item. All purchases come with a receipt document.
Payments
All payments are secured by SSL, Stripe & Paypal. Thousands of people make transactions every month on these payment platforms so rest assured. You can alternatively contact me if you would like to do a bank transfer/cheque or cash on collection.
Returns
To be eligible for a full refund it must be within 14 days from the purchase date in the original condition it was received in. Items shipped back to unit 4 Govett Avenue Shepperton Business estate TW17 8BA. You must use a delivery service with adequate insurance and tracking. Please use the original packaging. Once returned and checked you will receive a full refund and informed by email.
