Any duties at the country of import is payable by the customer.
Please note if you'd like to opt for full shipping insurance cover with your order please get in touch and we can add this onto the shipping costs at a negotiable charge.
All orders are tracked and signed for. Once the transaction has been made and your order processed we will send over an email with all the details and tracking details.
We don't post parcels to P.O boxes unless prearranged or post on weekends. It is not possible to redirect orders once posted.
We completely respect how fragile these Antiques are so we take great time and effort wrapping these precious items for delivery. All items are firstly wrapped in brown paper then several layers of bubble wrap then placed into a decent sized strong cardboard box with several air cushions all around the item. All purchases come with a receipt document.
All payments are secured by SSL, Stripe & Paypal. Thousands of people make transactions every month on these payment platforms so rest assured. You can alternatively contact me if you would like to do a bank transfer/cheque or cash on collection.
To be eligible for a full refund it must be within 14 days from the purchase date in the original condition it was received in. Items shipped back to unit 4 Govett Avenue Shepperton Business estate TW17 8BA. You must use a delivery service with adequate insurance and tracking. Please use the original packaging. Once returned and checked you will receive a full refund and informed by email.
