Coromandel Vanity Box c.1870

A beautiful fully kitted silver plated vanity box. In all its original glory this is truly a beautiful example.  Decorative inlay through out the top made from a combination of brass and mother of pearl.  Made by makers WO Stevens Glasgow.  The interior is complete with vanity tools made with mother of pear handles and glass bottles.  A push brass button releases the bottom drawer perfect for strong jewellery items.  It also had a mirror to the lid.  Dates Victorian c.1870.
