Satinwood Brass Overlay Lapdesk 1850

A beautiful satinwood lap desk.  It’s a super piece in great original condition.  It’s covered in decorative brass overlay through out.  The interior comprises it’s original writing desk velvet and a number of compartments for storing writing materials.  It comes with a glass ink well and a fully functioning lock and key.  It dates to Victorian 1850.
