Georgian Moth Inlaid Jewellery Box 1790 SOLD

A rare collectors moth/butterfly inlaid Georgian jewellery box.  An elegant size, this box would simply make the best present for that loved one.  In super immaculate condition this example is made from mahogany, it’s cross banded in ebony and boxwood.  The interior comprises of a master class of a tray made from satinwood complimenting the box nicely.  Lined in plush dark red velvet with to ring cushions to the sides.  Storage underneath with of course a fully functioning  lock and key.
