Burr Walnut Tunbridge Ware Box 1880 SOLD

A fine example of a tunbridge ware box with the main exterior wood being burr walnut.  The tunbridge ware inlay continues through out the box.  It has two diamond shaped inlays, one on the centre lid and the other at the front.  The interior has been lined with paper with a tray to the top.  It has a key and fully functional lock.  It dates Victorian 1880.
