A double lid Georgian tea caddy made from satinwood. It’s in typically Georgian fashion with a shell inlaid to the centre top and front, both shells being made from boxwood and sycamore wood. It’s been sympathetically restored with age related marks and slight patina for its Georgian age. Two inside lids and it does comes with a lock and key. A nice undisturbed example.
